1. Registration & Classes

Classes and programs have limited spots — registration is first-come, first-served.

Promotional rates and sibling discounts are only valid when you sign up.
2. Fees & Payments
Monthly fees are locked in — until player leave R831.
Payment is required to secure your spot.
Dues are expected to be paid before class, beginning of the month.

Failure to pay may result in suspension from training
3. Refunds & Cancellations

Missed classes may be made up at our discretion.

We allow refunds only under certain circumstance (Injuries, long-term illness that causes players to miss more than 2 weeks of training ). Other than that, cases will be revised individually.
4. Player Safety & Conduct

5. Photography & Media Release

By participating in R831 Soccer Academy programs, you grant permission for:

Photos, videos, promotional media

These materials may be used for:

Website content, Social media, Marketing

Parents may request removal of specific content by contacting the academy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R831 Soccer Academy shall not be liable for:

Injuries during participation

Lost or stolen personal belongings

Damages resulting from program cancellations or changes
Participation is at your own risk.
7. Medical Responsibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for:

Ensuring players are medically fit to participate

Informing coaches of medical conditions, allergies, or injuries

Providing emergency contact information
In the event of an emergency, R831 Soccer Academy may seek medical treatment for the player if the parent cannot be reached.
